Drop Notifications to Web3 Email

Enable drop notifications for Bonfire users who prefer to sign in with wallet rather than providing a personal email. Bonfire could send the exact same notifications direct to users web3 inboxes using the web3 identity (i.e. wallet address, ENS, or Lens) they use on Bonfire. For example, when sending drop notifications, if a personal email is listed the notification directs via SMTP, if a wallet address is used the notification directs to their web3 inbox via Mailchain.
